RTÉ FOOTAGE: Halloween cavan 1986

Reporter Bibi Baskin talks to primary school children in Virginia National School, County Cavan about the mischief they'll get up to on Halloween night 1986: cutting washing lines, lifting gates off hinges, pulling up garden plants, letting off stink bombs and throwing mud at windows. Bold as brass!

Holy Show commissioned an essay in response from Roisín Kiberd and original illustrations from Claire Brankin, all of which appear in issue 01.
